Our point of view

The finish gets noticed.
The preparation makes it last.

Before the polish, the grout or the first fire, there is work worth understanding. We make room for that part of the story.

A BETTER STARTING POINT

Choose for the room.
Not just the sample.

A stone sample can tell you about color and texture. It cannot tell you everything about moisture, movement, maintenance or how a finished floor meets the next room.

Our guides connect the look you want with the questions that matter before work begins.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Three questions worth asking.

01

What is already there?

Identify the existing stone, substrate and condition. A surface treatment cannot solve an underlying moisture or movement problem.

02

What will the space demand?

Think about foot traffic, water, heat and cleaning habits. The most suitable finish is not always the shiniest one.

03

Who needs to inspect it?

Structural changes, chimney defects and appliance installations need qualified local assessment—not a decision made from a photograph.
